The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.

The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
